Worst week of training...EVER. I needed sleep to recover from the 50K and got none. I needed a few recovery workouts and did none. These workouts the last couple of days have sucked- I am just exhausted. Plus, missed my 50 mile ride this morning due to thunderstorms. Grrrr.

Im not dead or injured or anything, just had a huge upgrade to do at work this week and it didn't go great. Got a couple of long bike rides planned and maybe a long run if I have time.

1st OWS of the year...really cold, but I swam really well. Did this as 3x600 @ 100 percent effort plus short WU and CD. Felt great to be back in the wetsuit.
