new 1 rep max on clean and jerk - 88. It was just last week I did 83 for the first time.

Feeling pretty good. I can't believe I went mtn biking on Sunday. It wasn't bad except for climbing, my body wasn't too happy with that, but otherwise pretty good and not too sore.
