3 position snatch - 55 pounds. Last time I did just low snatch my max was 53. Finally getting some strength, wish I was able to go more often.

3 muscles up or sub 4 pullups/4 dips for each
18 wall balls
did the sub - so ended up with a lot of pullups used the smallest band (2 of them) and used the 12 pound ball for the first time
was a little dizzy at the end - no breakfast
crossfit before work and tonight is high school graduation. My kids graduate tonight!
