plus we had to do it w a partner.....but we did all the work. We got through 3 and a half rounds. I think I could have done more but I was waiting on my partner at times.

yoga after work....cold and dark - didn't feel like going outside, but I figure if I am not running I should at least do some kind of movement

26 degrees feels kinda warm after temps in the teens for a few days :)
