Took a few days off. Had two nights in a row of 9+ hours of sleep. Nice to relax and not rush around for work/crossfit/drive.

Planning on a run and crossfit today. Waiting for the temp to get out of the teens.

64 degree!! feels like freaking summer. Mtn bike ride, all the snow is gone the trails were still kinda frozen so wasn't too muddy. Shoulder was achey at the end.

9 am class....raining all day, had hoped to go hiking

spending the day painting trim and fixing up spots....rain, rain, rain :(

Pretty sore from crossfit and I have bicep tendonitis. Will be good to rest for the next 2 weeks and miss a few workouts due to the holidays.
