No gas in the tank today. I should have been able to do the 65# thrusters but i did the first one and it wasn't good. Switched to 53#. Combination of being sick, and 6am didn't make this wod very easy.

You have to start every 3 minutes....on the first two rounds I had almost 60 seconds rest...the last two I only had 15 seconds rest. It as really hard and I wanted to quit after 4 rounds. A bunch of people did quit before 7.
