actually was there a little early and practiced double unders for 20 minutes. I can do 2 singles one double very easily, now just to get rid of the singles.

Had intentions of running after work, but as the sun went down the temp was about 20 and with windchill was 10. Just didn't feel like it. Went to the dr. this morning for a sinus infection.

snowy trail run. wasn't bad where the cross country skiers had everything all hard packed. part of the trail was lots of loose snow, got really tiring

There were 3 people at the 5:15am class, I was the only person at the 6am class because of all the snow, sleet and ice. Really the roads weren't that bad once you got out of the driveway. It's the reason I have a Subaru anyhow!

Some day I will run again.....but probably not tonight. It has snowed, sleeted and now is raining. Which is ok I cold have ran. But now it is getting cold and windy and everything will be icy, not to mention dark. So I guess it will wait for another day.
