Long Steady Run. Zone 1 and Zone 2 for entire run, very little in Z3 as it's mostly flat.
Ran the Leigh Trail from East River Road to the Genessee Valley Trail, turned around at the 16 mile marker and went back to the start.

Nice long ride. Approximate Z1/Z2 ride except for some of the rolling hills where I got into Z3.
Long Steady with several Hills thrown in for fun. Z2 on the down hill and flats, Z3 on the hills, high Z3 coming in and a short cool down at the end.
Today is a double workout day. Run planned for this morning. It's going to be a great day so I'll do a bike ride this afternoon.

Z1/Z2 Steady Run
Did nearly 2 full lengths freestyle and then switched to sidestroke. Needed to be quick as I had other things to take care of. Wore my tight suit, made a big difference, guess I got to suck it up and wear it all the time.
