Tempo Run at 10km pace. Went well, wish I could have done another mile but I had to return to my son's baseball practice.
Continuous Swim - Side Stroke
Had my physical today. Dr. says according to the charts I'm still overweight. What does Uncle Sam know any way. Well, perhaps by the next time I have a physical I'll be down to my goal weight of 180.

Ran a 21:34. Should have been able to break the 21:00 mark but several things got in the way. My HRM slipped down, thus I didn't want to start out too quickly, I ended up going a bit slower for the first two miles than I could have. The second mile of the course had many turns and zig-zags which slowed me down as well. The temp was a bit colder than expected as well. It was still a great race and a new PR for me.
