E is still waking up.  Not screaming, but last night she was awake for three hours.  Not sure which is worse.

House cleaning.

Took E to the doctor on Friday after another night of screaming.  He thinks it's night terrors because he couldn't find anything physically wrong.  She did slept better last night; still woke up, but at least there was no screaming.

I tried to go run by myself today, but she wasn't having any of it.  I took her in the stroller - glad it was a short run - and she crashed out for her nap.  Guess it worked for both of us.  I forgot how hard it is to run with her, especially in the heat!

w00t!  I found tri shorts and a tri top I like!!  I tried the Pearl Izumi select shorts and select jersey as well as the elite shorts.  Went with the elite shorts because I like the fabric better and they have sun protection.  I'll order the elite jersey for the same reasons (REI didn't have it in stock).  The XL fit well and I don't feel overstuffed.  Plus, the shorts are 8" inseam!

In other fronts, I've been really frustrated today.  E is having tantrums, and I don't know how to help her.  She's clearly frustrated, but me trying to help right away just makes it worse.  Work was frustrating; all of my samples were mixed up in the freezer and I couldn't find anything! It's like someone tipped my boxes over and didn't put them away correctly.  So, I spent the day organizing instead of doing actual work. :(
