Nice run! Amazing what a difference allergy meds can make, as this went way better than last Thursday.
A bunch of different stuff. Ladder of 50's, then some group plyo drills ( pushups, jump in/jump out, etc. ). Circuit training in the pool. It was fun, and it blasted me by the end. :)
