Biking around from car to the transition areas before the race.
Swim warmup.
LITH Swim! Started with the elite wave, was pretty cool to be out front.
LITH Bike! Legs took a few minutes to come around, but then was able to push it and dropped the hammer. Plan was to just go until the legs fell off or I finished.
LITH Run! This actually wasn't too bad. Like the bike I just pushed, and while the speed is not there, the body is willing to hurt and keep going, which is good place to be.
Cooldown jog at the end.
