Somewhat Beyond a Beginner Triathlete

I really should be doing my XC and core strength at least 2 to 3 times per week.
A half hour is about all I can stand on the Nordic Trak. Still, it's good for the arms even though I can't quite mimic the real diagonal stride with my legs. For only $8 at Goodwill, I'm glad I picked this up a couple of years ago.
A good inside/combo workout after a long day at work. It's good to mix it up for a 1/2 hour or so at different stations.
