First time back in the water since the crash. One armed drills w/fins and without. Lots of kick drills, some with fins some without. Did some dolphin kicks on my back as well. I timed myself for a steady 100 yard swim, my 1 arm pace is about 2:11 per 100 with something that resembled a flip turn. Those are tough going so slow into the wall.
