New bike seems faster, but the saddle hurts....will have to explore other options. 10 of my 14 miles were on gravel, so I have no idea if I am just really slow or if the gravel makes a huge difference.

Hopped on the spin bike after my run, did 1 min. 80 rpm's at 1/2 tension, 1 easy...1 minute 85% tension out of the saddle, 1 easy...etc.
Best run ever....really getting better...endurance is def. improving.
