4 x 40 reps squats w/ body bar
Good class, not so hot out.
Leisure walk to cleanse my busy brain.
Nice run, had to stop 1/2 way and change shoes...new shoes are giving me problems on right heel still. Tried lots of things to fix problems, but getting worse. Switched back to my nice, but clunkier, nikes. Felt great thereafter.
Used this as a warm-up before my run. High RPM's, med. resistance.

Was kicked out of the pool b/c of thunder, had to cut swim short...will do weights and squats at home later.
Great class-15 people. Worked hard/worked them hard.
Walked 3 miles just to clear my head.
Mtn. Bike/trail riding....lots of fun, lots of falling, lots of sweat.
Ran late in the day...hot, humid, hills, what could be more fun than that? So, like my grandma always says, if I can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.
