"speed" work with big dave the running coach. I'm a speed slug. Ran 110's at a blistering 25 second pace...good workout, def. improving.
Good class today, younger crowd so we bammed it up a bit.
Swim was horrible today, couldn't breathe, could barely swim! Then I figured out that it was probably the 90 degree water temp and 105 heat index air temp....oh yeah, it's hot baby.
This run included a two minute walk at the beginning (someone talking to me) and a six minute cool down walk at 4mph. So....actually I ran two eleven minute miles AFTER being on the e. trainer for 40 minutes. Oh yeah, I'm faster, I'm faster....oh yeah.
Ave. heartrate right at 140....the e.t. is gettting too easy for me...had a hard time getting my heartrate up and keeping it there. Must run more.
On the spin bike...ladder intervals up and down with out-of-the saddle intervals at the plateau in between.
Run felt great after the bike today. Drank gatoraid afterwards and had no heatstroke issues today...yippee! 6 minute walking cool down and 4 minute stretch.
Good swim, water and air temp high.

I can NOT believe I was this slow...there was a good breeze that hit me head on for a few miles. The breeze was warm, like a hair dryer.
Went to the beach...Creepy fish-jumpin OWS with choppy water and strong currents...it was a blast.
