Ran late in the day...hot, humid, hills, what could be more fun than that? So, like my grandma always says, if I can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.
Had 9 wonderful hours of well needed sleep last night. Was up for 30 minutes in middle of the night, but besides that, the sleep finally came. I woke up feeling a bit under the weather however, and I NEVER get sick. So, nothing fights off a cold like.....the Elliptical trainer! Planning on a rockin' hour on the ET and some strength training.

Rode the spin bike right after my class and swim. Did a ladder alternating med-high tension at 80rpms with easy-med. tension at 90rpms.
Then alternated hard/out of the saddle with med. tension in the saddle, fast rpms.
Then back down the ladder.
Great workout on the spin bike.
Nice quick swim for a mini-brick. The pool temp was ideal today and the sky was blue, blue, blue.

This 40 minutes included warm-up/cool down.
Good run, had a nice time practicing my form-seems to make a difference in my speed. I have no idea how far I'm going because 1) I have never measured it and 2) I lost my pedometer....well, misplaced around here somewhere. I would guess it was a solid 3 miles. New shoes are good, rub a bit on my heel. Tried bodyglide, helped a bit.
