Nice class, all wanted to hear about my race-they are so supportive. Some of them drove to my race to watch....they even made signs for me! What a great bunch!

Due to an underestimation in the support factor of my undergarment choices, I could not run....ended up on the elliptical trainer set at 11 resistance, ave. 160 rpms, ave.Hr was 148....so basically, I kicked booty.
