Being normal felt weird, obsessing is better.

Swimming is goooood. No, really, Doug, it is! This time seems slow, but it includes wall time and all of my slow moving drills. The water temp was perfect and the place was NOT busy. Great swim!
Walking from Tire Kingdom to Target & back with a stop at Starbucks in between...I didn't include the 2+ hours of walking in Target while I waited on my new tires....doesn't count as I was meandering about.
Off to Bluffton to get new tires for my car....and an oil change. Whoohooo, lovin the weekend! Only 4 days til I leave for Virginia for Shamrock! Yipppeee!

Intervals on the elliptical....levels 6-8. Felt good....watched Scrubs. Still funny.
Almost missed my late etrainer workout due to a looooong story about a stretch hummer and guinea pig porn. Heh. :)

Ran in my neighborhood where I have no idea of distances...so I ran the amount of time I knew was at least 6 miles. GREAT run...new tunes, nothing but sun...a bit hot, but not unbearable, just a mild sweatfest, and I felt strong!
PS....sweaty sunscreen in eyes is icky and not fun.
