All day at the beach with the kids and my girlfriend and her husband and kids....frisbee, swimming, whining, eating sand, basic fun beach stuff. Yay for the beach!

Beautiful day here.....swam, went to the grocery store, took Sophie to get a hair cut, now it's nap time!

GREAT swim at the aquatic center...I felt smooth and fast(er) and did all fs today. Not sure the distance cause somebody kicked my pennies! I know the last 800 was straight. Fun, a little chilly in there today, but fun.
