GREAT swim at the aquatic center...I felt smooth and fast(er) and did all fs today. Not sure the distance cause somebody kicked my pennies! I know the last 800 was straight. Fun, a little chilly in there today, but fun.
Swim planned later, then going to Charleston tomorrow...running the bridge, but after the actual bridge run! Not registered for the race, but we'll be in town and need to run, so why not? Yay! :)

3 sets of 20 with the body bar....shoulders, rows, biceps, triceps.
All day at the beach with the kids and my girlfriend and her husband and kids....frisbee, swimming, whining, eating sand, basic fun beach stuff. Yay for the beach!
