Owch. That made my body feel strange. Calf cramps immediately after I stopped. I've never had them before...so here I am, a grown woman, hobbling to my car talking to my legs. Got some gatorade and felt better within minutes. Well, it wasn't pretty and it was slow (well, I only have one speed) but I did it and I didn't die. So whoohoo for not dying! Naaaap please.

Upper body 3 sets of 20 (biceps, triceps, row, shoulder press) with the 18 lb body bar and 3 sets of 20 push-ups.
4 x 30 sets of squats (I lost track of my sets, but it was at least four, but I think I did 5)
Mopping my floor and some other household stuff took precedence over an elliptical trainer workout tonight...it's all about balance.
