Run through the neighborhood with Bennie (age 4) on his bike. A lot of doubling back...but fun after he realized I wasn't going to leave him.
6 x 100 fs with 15 second breaks to spot my kids playing in the kiddie part three lanes over. :)
Sophie had a sleepover last night, so I took Bennie to ride go-carts. We had a great time. Hopefully a short swim later and some kind of trainer something too. :)
A.D.D. workout day...well, actually just squeezing in workouts with my kids in tow. They had fun, me too! :)

Shhhh, it's early......busy day at work, need to get A LOT accomplished. Working lunch meeting and then work errands this afternoon. Probably no workout tonight, strength training, if anything, bike trainer tomorrow. Sleeepy girl this morning.....where's the coffee?

Just getting back to 'normal' after a long holiday weekend. Work is good, kids are good, Doug is great. Looking forward to jockstrapping CdA and also looking forward to ARUBA in August....whoohooo!
