Got on the elliptical after the short run to round out an hour. This felt great today for some reason. Best feeling workout I've had simnce the bridge in Charleston with Doug.

Sophie had a sleepover last night, so I took Bennie to ride go-carts.  We had a great time.  Hopefully a short swim later and some kind of trainer something too. :)

A.D.D. workout day...well, actually just squeezing in workouts with my kids in tow.  They had fun, me too! :)
