Home from my quick Charleston trip. Very fun....scores a double 'woohoo'! Plan for the week : 1 etrainer, 1 bike trainer, swim and run on Fri. in Fayetteville. Run on Saturday in Columbia.

GREAT swim at the aquatic center...I felt smooth and fast(er) and did all fs today. Not sure the distance cause somebody kicked my pennies! I know the last 800 was straight. Fun, a little chilly in there today, but fun.
Swim planned later, then going to Charleston tomorrow...running the bridge, but after the actual bridge run! Not registered for the race, but we'll be in town and need to run, so why not? Yay! :)
