Ran on a beautiful 8 mile trail in Fayetteville with Doug. I was mentally READY to run, we had been looking for a place to run and found the perfect spot...but by the time we found it I NEEDED to run. I get antsy and twitchy. The only problem was that although I was mentally ready to run, my body forgot to cooperate. I am just going accept this as a bad run day...I've had one or two others and a few swims, where it just wasn't working. But the scenery,company, and weather were unbeatable.

Easy spin on the trainer. Not much energy...just spinnin to keep movin. Driving tomorrow to Fayetteville to see Doug! Run and swim together on Friday.
Hoping to get on the trainer tonight. No work for me tomorrow! Just spending time with the kids, dying eggs, etc. Then, off to Fayetteville...whooohooo!

Push mower...but a beautiful day to be doing it.
Home from my quick Charleston trip. Very fun....scores a double 'woohoo'! Plan for the week : 1 etrainer, 1 bike trainer, swim and run on Fri. in Fayetteville. Run on Saturday in Columbia.
