Great feeling run on the treadmill...yay! I wanted to work out more, but was sick of the treadmill, so got on the ARC trainer. Also walked 5min before and after the run.

Taught a deep water class...will count the cardio part as aqua jogging...it was tougher today than usual.
This is me training for my half marathon in a week and a half...no really. Endurance training. Long, wonderful, exhausting week. I was going to ride my trainer tonight, but Sue told me I could skip it. :) No, it is 8:35 and I just got kid #3 to bed. Still more dishes to do and pets to manage (fish tank and dog the size of a moose). And I am tired. I don't normally make excuses for skipping workouts, but I am tonight. I'm done. Turning in early. :)

Taught a stretching class...long run planned for this afternoon. Doug had outpatient surgery yesterday, so busy taking care of him. WIll sneak out later for my last loooong run before rnr.
