Here's what I did: 4 x 20 biceps, triceps, shoulder press, and rows with the 18lb body bar.
4 x 15 incline press (on the bosu) with the 22lb body bar.
4 x 30 crunches
3 x 10 side lunges, each side on the bosu. I owe myself some squats later.
Taught an aquatic kickboxing class tonight...that was fun. Had to end class early to get to a meeting at the school. :)
I had my whole day (workout-wise) laid out in my head and forgot about some other stuff I am obligated to do. So I did a quick home workout with the body bars and bosu...will go teach my class and then run tomorrow. Argh.

Update on the 67lb puppy. He is a pain in the butt. He thinks my couch pillows are slobber, "chase me around" toys. He ate a roll of toilet paper. I take him to run, I play with him, the kids play with him, Doug plays with him. He is like us-all or nothing. He is either lazy and sleeping or 100 miles an hour tornado. Destructo Dog. Argh.

RUn in the hood, insanely hot at some points, but otherwise pretty doable. Couldn't do the run yesterday, as I planned because of Doug's surgery....He CANNOT be trusted to NOT overdo it when he is supposed to be taking it easy. So I left him with the four kids this morning while I ran. WHile I was gone (and he was supposed to be off of his feet) he bathed the dog, cleaned up the breakfast dishes, vaccumed the entire house, made the kids lunch, and took them to the park. Next he is going into work for awhile. THat is the exact opposite of "stay off of your feet". I guess I am happy he didn't try to run...he was thinking about it though. HARD HEADED! But wonderful for being such a great partner. :)

Taught a cardio class..will count as resistance training.
Taught a stretching class...long run planned for this afternoon. Doug had outpatient surgery yesterday, so busy taking care of him. WIll sneak out later for my last loooong run before rnr.

Really craptacular run on the treadmill...but I was due for a crappy run. My last few have been blissful...this one was hot and difficult and sweaty and I felt puffy and icky. GLad I got that over with...now my slate is cleared for bliss on Sunday. :)
