At home with the body bar
Thirty minutes on the ARC trainer, followed by 15 on the rowing machine...had to cut it short, forgot the childwatch closes at 5 on Saturdays-they tracked me down in the fitness room. Dang it. Run and short swim tomorrow.

Ran out of time for a decent anything this morning. The run ended up being a walk due to knee pain..on top of my right knee. I felt it swimming yesterday and ignored it...I'll try the crossfit tomorrow and see how it feels.
