Oops.....was supposed to run. But I started vacuuming and the next thing you know I had sanitized the microwave and kitchen and pre-made dinner (since I get home late tonight). Now I have to scoot to work. Hopefully early to bed tonight, up EARLY for work tomorrow and then a run tomorrow afternoon before Doug gets home. Oh, well....sometimes peace of mind for being tidy and organized trumps peace of mind for sweating. I like them both. :)

GREAT early morning run in the rain and cooler temps. NO WALK BREAKS! I guess all of that 1/2 mary training in the heat of the summer left me a better runner....go figure.
Pilates, push-ups on the Bosu, wall squats, and weights.
6 pounds down to meet my "40 pounds by my 40th bday". Only 34 to go! Oh, and BTW, I love football season. Thanks to my husband for keeping me awake to watch the rest of the game after half-time...that 3rd quarter was some quality football! :)
