Great run on a pretty day. It was a lot shorter than planned (lots at work to finish before the weekend) so I did some speed drills to make it feel like a better workout. Ooooh, that was tough...3-90 second intervals every 10 minutes at an 85% run...recovery jog in between and after...one minute walk then repeat.

Vo2 max test on the bike! Fun! Interesting, though...the vo2 max on the tmill, your lungs die before your legs...on the bike your quads are done pret-ty quickly, but lungs are fine. Got some good HR training info. for my training.
COach Troy 9.0 Have Mercy Spinnervals...just the last hour. VERY good workout. I almost quit twice...but stuck it out to finish the segments. Whooweee, that was fun! :) HR is still thumpin.
