Vo2 max test on the bike! Fun! Interesting, though...the vo2 max on the tmill, your lungs die before your legs...on the bike your quads are done pret-ty quickly, but lungs are fine. Got some good HR training info. for my training.

COach Troy 9.0 Have Mercy Spinnervals...just the last hour. VERY good workout. I almost quit twice...but stuck it out to finish the segments. Whooweee, that was fun! :) HR is still thumpin.

New Shoes! My left arch was hurting for about the first 30 minutes, but I kept stretching my foot/calf/itband/hflexor and it felt better. Good run on a beautiful day...a little windy, but not too bad. Trying to grow my runs to get ready for Shamrock 1/2...only 6 weeks to go!

Great run on a pretty day. It was a lot shorter than planned (lots at work to finish before the weekend) so I did some speed drills to make it feel like a better workout. Ooooh, that was tough...3-90 second intervals every 10 minutes at an 85% run...recovery jog in between and after...one minute walk then repeat.
