Being normal felt weird, obsessing is better.

Stinky hot and slow and strange run. I did better in the icy cold pouring rain last weekend. Blech-that was not fun. But proud of myself for going as long as I did...I mean minute two I knew something didn't feel right...minute 15 I turned to head home and then chastised myself out of it....just kept running.

At the Y, after work and before kids.
Dropped the kids off at school and went back home to get my swim stuff....went back to bed instead. Work has been stressing me out this week-I think I bonked this morning. Brought my gear, will swim on the way home. Long run tomorrow (I think!).
