Great run...a bit windy, but nice and cool. First thirty minutes was just normal 'ol running and then I did speed drills for the remainder. Felt good today!

Pilates-legs. Push-ups. Bosu squats.....sit on the bosu, lean back, lean forward, stand up. Repeat...x 50.
Oon the crossfit e.trainer at the Y.
First outdoor swim! Cut it short because the kids' teeth started chattering. Fun, though! Strength training tonight. :)
Whooohoooo! Instead of a straight 2000, I did a 50 kick WU, a 50 kick a cool-down and the MS was 3 x 600. Fun stuff! :)
