Out to breakfast this morning...playing guitar this afternoon.  Really getting itchy to get out and do something but I really need this achilles pain to go away.  Might take another week by the looks of it.

Another rest day....repeat as needed.

Another rest day.  I had signed up for the local 10-K on May 5th but don't know if I'll be able to run it with this calf problem.  I can possibly downgrade to the 2 miler if it feels better by race day.

Calf muscle is still not feeling right.  I'm starting to think that I really tore this pretty badly, so more resting and not aggravating it is probably the best thing to do.

Still a bit of pain in my right calf muscle.  I'm trying to balance a fitness routine with the need to get rid of this problem.  Might try a mtn bike ride tomorrow and see how things go.

90 degrees today, taking a day off to see if that troublesome calf pain will go away.
