Jorge's Winter Cycling HR Based Plan week 1/day 2.
Seems my old pump really was no good at all. Bought a new mini pump with pressure gauge and it revealed that the old pump couldn't really get past about 80psi! With the tyres pumped to about 100psi the rollers felt a fair bit easier, hence the average speed being almost identical to when out on the road (was ~17.9 before the 5min cd started).
