Checked my resting HR this morning and it was the lowest I've ever seen it! I guess it's safe to say that the virus is gone, but I'll leave it til tomorrow before returning to training to be on the safe side.

If my scales are in any way accurate, then I've managed to lose about 5lbs in one day! Resting HR is almost back to normal, so once my weight is back to a normal level I'll probably take one more day off training then get back to it.

Run
The snow finally arrived last night and everything is covered in about 3-4inches of snow :). Of course that means that I had to run a lot slower to avoid breaking my neck, but my heart rate was still on the higher side due to running through thick snow.

100m bilateral

*Forgot how many lengths I'd done and stopped at 350, then did the extra 50m when I realised so would have been slightly rested.
With all the bad weather we've been having it seems people don't want to travel. This means the pool was nice and empty :).

I figured that since I missed Monday and Wednesday's workouts I would be best off redoing last Friday's workout so I could judge whether I'm ok to carry on next week as normal.
