First sub 9m/m since starting to concentrate on keeping within z2. Admittedly my average HR was right on the upper limit of z2 which means there must have been a fair bit over, but I'm happy with that none the less.

The goal was meant to be to keep all 3 300's within 15" of each other but I went out way to fast on the first 300 (PR!!) that I had no chance. However, with the times I managed I would have a t-pace of 1:55 so I think a 1:57 is probably a bit more realistic.
