Today seemed to be one of those days where the stars align just right and even though you are pushing almost 2mph over what you normally do to reach 100% HR you are still sitting at 97%. Also meant I recorded my highest average speed ever

No matter how many times I check I've mapped my run correctly (gps on my phone refused to connect) I can't see where I've made a mistake, so it must be correct. However, an 8:32/mile pace and still keeping average HR in z2 seems inplausable!

Thought I was swimming really slowly with a fair bit of effort on the first 100m of the main set and was pretty surprised to discover it was actually about 8 secs faster than my T-Pace! Once I realised that, the rest of the swim was more or less bang on target.
