Where to begin! 200m @ T-Pace + :04 should have been 4:06, so that was the first target missed. The 200m @ T-Pace should have been 3:58, but that turned into a PB. Then there's the 100's, the first was :02 faster than my previous best even with holding back a little to not affect the second 100. Having seen that, I decided to just go for it on the last 100 and set another PB by 6 more seconds!
Remind me what taper means again :)

No real plan, just sort of made it up as I went along.

Thought it was going to rain so had a t-shirt on under my long sleeve to keep warm and slightly dry but it didn't rain until the last 2mins! This basically meant that I was a little too warm for most of the run.
