This was a speed drill....1 mile wu/cd with 5min-.63 mile, 3min-.40 mile,1.5min-.21 mile. Pace for speed sets was 7:39 Tired,throat is a little scratchy...not sure what's up with me. Stress and working out combined, maybe....

Insanity-Pure Cardio This was after work and I'm fighting a scratchy throat and some mild sinus pressure. With all the crap with my sister, @ work and not feelin' it, I struggled to get going,but once I did, I really powered through this workout, much better than last week! Was definately able to do much more...
