Ran at OSP out and back.
Workout: 300 WU, 100 kick, 600 drill/swim, 200 z1.
Did it, don't see much value but I worked on stroke length and pull.

Tough Tuesday morning workout again. This is really hard on the trainer.
Workout: 10m Z1, 3x4m Z2/Z3, 1m RI, 19m Z1.
Really tired after this run. I did the Sonoma loop going up the hill on Gattis School Rd.
