My darn cycle speedo broke. Piece of shit Bell $12. Should have known better...I'll get a good one tomorrow. Will put distance later after I drive it with the car as I had to rush home after I rode. Nice weather 84 degrees and a bit humid....just like my home town in Manila although back home, that is consuidered semi cold...LoL!

Nothing but TI drills!
On my Back kicking with arms on legs: 200 yards
On left and right side kicking with arms on legs face facing down center: 100 yards each side for total of 200 yards
Alternate left and right side skating/zipper 400 yards.
The above is the drill I found on You Tube Today byT. Laughlin's TI drills. It is the best by far as it touches on every aspect. I plan to do this alot as asuggested by Dave Miller BT member, Frederick Tri Club Prez and great mentor!

Ida Lee pool. TI Drills.
Okay, so time has not improved. I swam making sure I did not cross tracks with my arms, toes were pointed but still got to work on my up and down body movement which ios causing drag and maybe my left hand position once under the water .... I'll keep working on the drills.
