Out in the ocean at Ocean City. This was an approximated distance!

Today and well, most past weeks were dedicated to helping my wife prepapre for her first Sprint Triathlon in the same place I did mine at Assateague Island.

She accomplished her goal of finishing with a smiole on her face!  I was so proud of her and it was tough because she would have to miss some much needed training because of her work which is VERY demanding; however, she still managed to do the race!  I have never been more proud of her!

Also enjoyed Ocean City with her and my sone after the race!

Now, I need to get back on track for my HIM training!
