Stayed easy the whole way I swear (that max HR is an erratic spike).
Oy Vey - did a lot of hard running yesterday and can feel it. Not in a bad way, I'll still be running and biking today (and dodgeball) without a problem (well, I hope), but I'm interested to see if my pace at lunch falls off today (it did last night for my second run WU and CD).
Only 8 more miles this month! (though I'd like to get another 19-20 this week).
