The good weather we have been having the past while has come to an end...the rain has once again arrived, although I was lucky and it was not a complete downpour. The winds were definately not at my back, but right in my face. All said and done, the run felt good.

a good day wandering about in Vancouver at the 2010 Olympic sites, stupidly long line ups to get in anywhere, but fun to be in the atmosphere regardless.
