Finally a decent nights sleep! Now off for my Sunday morning long run, 16km today.

The good weather we have been having the past while has come to an end...the rain has once again arrived, although I was lucky and it was not a complete downpour. The winds were definately not at my back, but right in my face. All said and done, the run felt good.
