felt pretty good tonight, still not great with the night time smells of residential areas, food, wood smoke...grow-ops..ugh.

My husband convinced me to take last night off, so I did, relaxed a bit and spent some time preparing fresh veggies and fruit to take along for work as well as boil up a bunch of eggs for the same. 

Tonight will be a run with my clinic, so probably 7km tempo.  Hopefully I'll do better than the last couple of weeks.

Thursday - March 4

Was my full intention to do hill repeats last night, but decided I could use an evening off, I am feeling better, but just needed an evening where I come home and not go out and do anything, make a nice dinner and relax.  I feel much better for it today, and the hill is still there today, so I will hit it tonight and still have enough recovery time before sunday's long run.
