warm up run on the treadmill before a strength workout

3 sets pushups, tricep dips, bicep curls, tricep extensions, squat thrusts, 1 leg weighted bird dips(both sides) bicycle crunches, back bridge leg extensions. I'm sure I left some things out, but a good workout. Was going to swim after, but the pool look like madness, so went home instead:-)
