One hour of high intensity interval training, including box step-ups, pushups, rope pulling, suicide runs, tossing sandbags while wall sitting, planks, skipping, high knees, kickbacks and burpees. Worked my proverbial butt off. Loved the instructor, she was in my face pushing me harder throughout.
